Twenty-five years running a seating manufacturing business. A parallel decade teaching myself to build the software it actually needed.
I run a chair and seating manufacturing business in Daman, India, now in its 25th year — frame welding tolerances, foam density, upholstery finish, delivery schedules. The physical discipline of making something that has to survive years of daily use.
That same discipline became a second, parallel skill — building the software the business actually needed: ERP systems, quotation tools, AI-assisted apps. Twenty-three apps later, all single-file, no build tools, deployed straight from a phone.
Every product I make follows the same standard: built to last, simple to use, and finished properly — whether it ships on a factory floor or from a phone.
